In December, Krishna Lunch rolled out new stainless steel plates, cups, and forks to replace their disposable counterparts. By using these reusable utensils, we will prevent thousands of pounds of waste from going to the landfill each year.

The utensils are cleaned with a professional grade dishwasher using biodegradable soaps and sterilizers but disposable utensils will still be available for those of you who prefer or need to use them.

The money savings provided by the stainless steel goes into creating two part-time dishwashing jobs for local students!
